We have a small dedicated well trained team who are available to you to answer any queries that you may have from product range to colour choice and placing of customised orders etc. from 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Good customer service is all about bringing you the customer back,sending you away happy and if you give positive feedback to others they may want to try our product and in turn could become loyal customers too. Topform believe that we will be “judged by what we do, not what we say”.
With the changes in the economy Topform felt that we needed to adjust our customer service offering and changed from having sales representatives on the road to having dedicated in-house customer service representatives. Each customer is now assigned an in-house contact and all of your correspondance goes through your dedicated in house customer service representative.
Our promise to you is that all standard worktops ordered from our TopPlus, TopShape, TopContract & TopWood ranges, placed on a Monday before 3pm will be delivered to your premises on Friday/ Monday. Worktops that are in our Express range can be ordered up until 2pm on a Wednesday for delivery that same Friday/Monday.
We also offer a Custom Bespoke Programe in our TopShape range, whereby You design…We make. These bespoke worktops once signed off by Monday at 5pm will be delivered within 2 weeks.
Specialist components and desking for the Leisure & furniture industry are generally on a 3/4 week lead time, a scheduled delivery date is provided once your order is scheduled with production.
